The conditions for using Snuggle.

What Snuggle is

Snuggle is an app for parents of children aged 0 to 24 months. It helps you record your baby’s care, share that journal with your household, and look back at what you recorded.

What Snuggle is not

Snuggle is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, does not recommend a treatment or a dose, and is not an emergency service. Sleep and feeding times shown as estimates are estimates. For any concern about your child’s health, ask a doctor; in an emergency, call the emergency number of your country.

Your account

You need an account, with an email address that is yours. Keep your password to yourself. You must be an adult to use Snuggle.

Your household and your recovery code

You decide who you invite: the other parent and one more person. The people you invite see what their role allows; you can remove them.

Household keys remain on authorized phones. Depending on device support, recovery may use a protected passkey, a parent-kept twelve-word code or an encrypted transfer from another authorized phone. Without any usable method, nobody, including us, can restore encrypted history.

Using Snuggle fairly

Use Snuggle for your own family. Do not try to access another household’s data, to disrupt the service, or to resell it.

The Snuggle Assistant

The assistant is an artificial intelligence. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and they are general information, not advice about your child. The number of questions per day is limited.

Subscriptions

The planned launch model gives seven days of full access, including Family sharing, without a payment card. Afterwards, sleep, milk and diapers remain free with their full history; existing Premium entries stay readable and exportable. Single unlocks the other tools for one account; Family continues household sharing. Planned US annual prices are $29.99 and $49.99; no subscription is on sale yet. Before purchase, the App Store or Google Play shows the final local price, period and renewal terms. Cancellation and refunds follow store rules.

The service

We work to keep Snuggle available and correct, and we may change or improve it. We provide it as it is, without promising that it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Keep your own judgement: an entry can be missing or mistaken.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, nor for decisions taken on the basis of what the app shows. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be set aside.

Ending

You can stop using Snuggle at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms.
